This is a double pillowcase for a long double pillow, cut from artificial silk: a silk-like cloth with a smooth, low-friction face. It comes in amethyst purple and onyx black, in US S, UK/US Q and US K.
It suits side sleepers who wake with a crease down one cheek, anyone whose hair is finer than it used to be and catches on cotton, and people who run warm at night and want something light against the face.
Here is what it does, plainly. Your head slides over the surface instead of gripping it, so hair has less to snag on and skin is not held against a rough weave for hours. It is not a treatment and it will not change your hair.
Measure your pillow before you choose a size. The US S is 51 x 66 cm, about 20 x 26 inches.

You have 90 days from delivery to return it. The item has to come back unused and in its original packaging — these are personal-care products, so once they have been used we cannot take them back unless they are faulty.
Returns are by mail. Email hello@pillowery.com for a return authorisation, then post it back; return postage is yours and a 30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Your refund lands within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

The fabric is artificial silk: a silk-like woven cloth with a smooth face. It is not silkworm silk, and we say so here because the word "silk" gets stretched a long way in this aisle.
You will also see cases sold as satin. Satin describes how a cloth is woven, not what it is made from, so on its own the word tells you very little. Ask what the fiber is, always.
What that means for you: you get the slick, low-friction surface that does the work while you sleep, in a fabric that is light on the bed and survives an ordinary wash without special handling. What you do not get is mulberry silk, at a price that is not mulberry silk either. We would rather you know that before it arrives than after.
