You have 90 days from delivery to return it. The item has to come back unused and in its original packaging — these are personal-care products, so once they have been used we cannot take them back unless they are faulty.
Returns are by mail. Email hello@pillowery.com for a return authorisation, then post it back; return postage is yours and a 30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Your refund lands within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Keep a pillowcase on it. That is the simplest way to keep the fabric clean, and it means you wash the case, not the pillow.
The cover. Take it off and wash it cool on a delicate cycle, in a mesh bag if you have one, with a mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener. Hang it to dry rather than tumble drying it, and press it on the reverse only if it needs it.
The pillow itself. Air it out for a few hours in a bright room once a month and shake the fill back into place when you make the bed. Wipe the core with a damp cloth if something spills and let it dry completely before you sleep on it again.
Two small things. Keep it away from radiators and direct sun. And keep any fill you remove in a sealed bag, in case you want some of it back when your mattress softens.
Support core. TPE, a flexible thermoplastic elastomer. It is not latex and not memory foam, so there is no foam odor and it springs back instead of holding a dent.
Cover. Pectin silk fabric. It feels cool against the cheek and it lets air through.
Filling. A soft, plush fill described as feather-soft. That describes the feel, and it is the part you add or remove to set your height.
