DESCRIPTION
Inside the cooling gel pillow for neck pain
There is no foam in this pillow. The core is hyper-elastic TPE gel, molded into an open hexagonal grid. Press it and it gives; lift your hand and it comes straight back to shape.
That one property solves two old problems at once. Support: the grid holds your neck at a steady height all night instead of compressing until your chin drifts toward your chest. Temperature: warm air escapes through the open cells rather than sitting between your ear and the pillow, so the surface you lie on stays even.
The shape is contoured in five zones, with a higher ridge under the neck, a lower hollow for the back of the head, and softer edges for when you roll onto your side. You do not have to guess at a loft or stack a folded towel underneath. The pillow does that work for you, on your back, your side or your front.
It arrives with a removable knit cover and a comfort pillowcase, and both go in the machine.
SPECIFICATIONS
Size: 52 x 35 cm (20.5 x 13.8 in), fits a standard pillowcase
Contour: 5-zone shape, 10 cm (3.9 in) at the neck, 8 cm (3.1 in) at the center
Core: hyper-elastic TPE gel in a hexagonal grid
Cover: breathable knit, removable and machine washable
Sleep positions: back, side and stomach
Color: Standard
In the box: 1 CloudFlex Pro pillow and 1 comfort pillowcase

90 days to make up your mind. One night on a new pillow tells you nothing, especially when your neck has been sore for years. Sleep on the CloudFlex Pro for three months. If your mornings are not better, we take it back and refund you.
To start a return, or if a parcel is late or turns up damaged, write to hello@pillowery.com. A real person reads that inbox and answers you.
Sending it back
You have 90 days from delivery to return it. The item has to come
back unused and in its original packaging — these are personal-care
products, so once they have been used we cannot take them back unless they are
faulty.
Returns are by mail. Email hello@pillowery.com for a return
authorisation, then post it back; return postage is yours and a
30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Your refund
lands within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, none of that applies: we pay the
return and refund you in full. Full terms on our
refund policy page.
CARE
Use a mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener, as both coat the knit and cut the airflow. Hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer.
The gel grid. This is the part other pillows cannot do. Every few months, rinse the grid under warm running water, work through it with your hands, and let it air dry completely before the cover goes back on. No sweat, no yellowing, no replacing the whole pillow every year.
Keep it out of direct sun for long stretches, do not iron the grid, and do not dry clean any part of it.
MATERIALS
Core: hyper-elastic TPE gel, formed into an open hexagonal grid. It is the part that carries your head, and it is washable.
Cover: a removable breathable knit that zips off for the machine. A comfort pillowcase comes in the box as well.
What is not in it matters too: no memory foam, no latex, no feathers or down, and none of the chemical smell that a new foam pillow brings into the bedroom. Nothing here breaks down into dust the way old foam does.
For two years I blamed the mattress. I even bought a topper for it. Then my sister asked what pillow I used. Mine was flat and folded over on itself. I swapped it for this one and the morning stiffness in my neck was gone inside a week.

What types of products does pillowery.™ offer?
Pillowery specializes in premium ergonomic sleep products. Our flagship PilloweryCloudFlex Pro™ Pillow features patented TPE gel technology for cooling, support, and durability. We also offer the PilloweryCloudFlex 2 memory foam pillow, CoolMist Blue cooling pillow, silk sleep masks, and sleep accessories - everything you need for deeper, healthier sleep.
What type of sleeper are your pillows suitable for?
Our pillows are designed for all sleeping positions — whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach. The CloudFlex™ pillow offers ergonomic support, while the Nanotech pillow is adjustable for personal preference.
How long do the pillows last?
Through the use of high-quality materials like latex, TPE, and premium memory foam, our pillows maintain their shape and comfort much longer than standard pillows — up to 3-5 years.
What makes your pillows different from regular memory foam pillows?
Our pillows offer adjustable support, a cooling side, and a breathable TPE-grid for better ventilation. This way you sleep fresher, deeper, and with fewer neck or back complaints.
What if I'm not satisfied with my results?
We offer a 90-Day Returns on Unused Items because we are confident in our pillow's quality. If you are not completely satisfied within 90 nights, simply contact us at hello@pillowery.com and we will arrange a full refund including return shipping. Unused, in its original packaging.
Are pillowery.™ products safe to use?
Absolutely. Pillowery.™ products are designed with your safety and well-being as our top priority. Each Pillowery™ undergoes rigorous quality control and is clinically proven to provide safe, effective ergonomic support. We are committed to eco-friendly practices, ensuring our products are not only safe for you but also for the planet.
Will this pillow stay cool all night?
Yes, the hexagonal gel grid creates hundreds of air channels that actively move heat away from your head and neck. Unlike memory foam that traps heat, our design maintains comfortable temperature throughout the night.
Is it suitable for all sleeping positions?
Absolutely. The responsive latex adapts to back, side, and stomach sleeping while maintaining proper spinal alignment. The 5.51-inch height works well for most adults and sleep styles.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in approximately 8-10 business days to the US and Canada. Single pillow orders ship for $11.99; orders of 2+ pillows ship FREE. You will receive tracking via email once your order ships.

I ran a fan on my face all year to stay cool and it dried my eyes out. Two other pillows changed nothing. With this one I turned the fan off in June and have not needed it since. The room is quieter too.

Talked myself out of it twice
I put it in the cart and closed the page twice. It felt like a lot for a pillow. Then I added up what I had spent on cheap ones that ended up in the closet. Six months on, this was the cheaper road.

Unsure about the height at first
I am small and worried it would push my chin down to my chest. It did feel tall the first two nights. By the fourth my head had settled into the dip and it was right. If it feels high at first, give it a week.

Side sleeper, that was my worry
Most contoured pillows look built for back sleepers, and I am on my side nearly all night. The contour fills the gap between my shoulder and my ear. My ear does not fold over anymore either. That was the part I doubted most.

I asked how it stays fresh
My question before ordering was whether it would stay fresh over the years. Foam pillows I have owned started to smell by the second summer. This one airs out instead of holding damp. Six months in and there is nothing there at all.

I had three tabs open
I had three tabs open for a week straight. The others were solid foam with a layer of gel on top. This is grid the whole way through, which is why it does not warm up on me. That detail decided it.

It earned its keep by week two
I am careful with money and I wanted proof. By week two I had stopped waking at four to rearrange myself. That was the proof. I do not think about my neck during the day now, and that is new for me.

Ordered two before trying one
I ordered mine and one for my mother at the same time, which was a gamble. She is 84 and sleeps on her back. Hers came in about nine days and she called the following week to say she slept straight through.

A pinched nerve made me picky
After a pinched nerve last winter I read every detail before ordering anything. I needed something that held the curve of my neck and stayed cool. This does both. I still get stiff days, but the bad mornings are far less common.

Part of my routine in a week
I read everything before ordering, then spent the first three nights aware of it under my head. By the second week I stopped noticing it, which is what you want from a pillow. I read propped up, then lie flat and go.

Second one for the guest room
Mine has been in use since the spring. I bought a second for the guest bed so my sister stops complaining when she visits. She has now asked me where I got it. I expect I will be buying a third.

The second one lives in the camper
The first one has been on my side of the bed since February. I bought another for the camper because I was hauling the good one back and forth. Same pillow, same night, wherever I happen to be. That is worth it.

My husband took mine over
He watched me sleep through the night for two weeks and then claimed it as his. I ordered a second for myself and kept quiet until it was on my side of the bed. We are both on them now and neither of us is complaining.

Third one for the lake house
This is my second one and a third goes in the cart tonight for the lake house. At my age I have stopped fighting with strange bedding every place I stay. The same pillow everywhere is worth the trouble to me.

Replaced every pillow in the house
Started with one for me back in the winter. Then my husband. Then both guest rooms. My daughter took the last spare home with her, so I am ordering again this week. Nobody here sleeps on anything else now.

Sent one to my brother
He has complained about his neck since he retired. I sent him one for his birthday and heard nothing for a month, which with him is how you know it worked. He called last week asking for one for his wife.

A Christmas gift that got used
I gave one to my father in law in December, and he is a hard man to buy for. He is 88 and had been sleeping in the recliner half the week. He is back in the bed now. Not what I expected from a pillow.

For my daughter after her shoulder
She had her shoulder repaired in the spring and could not get comfortable in bed. I sent her one and she propped herself on her good side with it. She kept it after she was healed. I am on my second month with mine.

Mother got hers before I did
I ordered hers first because her neck is worse than mine. She is 86 and lives alone, so I wanted something she would not have to fuss with. Two weeks later I ordered my own. We compare notes on the phone now.
