The fill under both faces is breathable and medium in feel. It gives under the weight of your head, then holds there. That is what keeps your neck in line whether you sleep on your back or on your side.
It ships King size in a pack of two, so you are not the only one in the bed with a decent pillow. The covers unzip and go straight in the washer, which matters more than people expect on warm nights.
Is it firm or soft? Medium sits in the middle, on purpose. It does not collapse to nothing under a heavy head, and it does not push back at you like a folded towel.

You have 90 days from delivery to return it. The item has to come back unused and in its original packaging — these are personal-care products, so once they have been used we cannot take them back unless they are faulty.
Returns are by mail. Email hello@pillowery.com for a return authorisation, then post it back; return postage is yours and a 30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Your refund lands within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang it to dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, and keep the iron off the cooling face.
The pillow itself does not go in the machine. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and let it dry all the way through before the cover goes back on.
The first day. Take both pillows out of the packaging and leave them in a bright room for a few hours. Anything a sealed box picks up in transit airs off in that time. If you would rather start fresh, run the covers through the wash before the first night.
Once a month, air them out again and give each one a shake to even out the fill. Two pillows treated this way stay in shape for years.
Cover: double-sided knit. One face is a technical cooling weave for warm nights, the other is brushed and softer for cold ones. It unzips and it is machine washable.
